GAME DAY INFORMATION

Can I bring in a bag?

Please see Nissan Stadium's Clear Bag Policy.

Do you offer bag storage?

There will be limited bag storage trailers outside Nissan Stadium outside the North Endzone Entrance and South Endzone Entrance. The cost to store each bag is $10.00 per bag.

Locker availability is limited and is first-come first-serve.

TICKET INFORMATION

How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available at MusicCityBowl.com.

What side are teams on?

The SEC team will be seated on the East side of the stadium and the Big Ten team will be on the west.

What if I lose my ticket?

If you purchased a ticket directly through SeatGeek, please email ticketoffice@titans.nfl.com.

If you purchased through the schools' ticket office, please contact your school directly or visit the school at gates 7 or 10 on game day.

Can I get a refund on tickets?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
