Titans Offensive Tackle JC Latham Announced as 2026 Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl’s Youth Football Program Ambassador
Program provides local leagues with funding, equipment and over 750,000 mouthguards statewide, in partnership with Delta Dental of Tennessee
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl today announced the selection of Youth Football Program Ambassador JC Latham. The Tennessee Titans’ offensive right tackle and former first-round draft pick will kickstart his ambassadorship by visiting local teams and promoting youth football across Tennessee. Since its founding in 2003, the program has supported more than 50 leagues across the region and donated over $250,000 toward youth football initiatives.
“We are honored to welcome Titans tackle and former Alabama star, JC Latham, as he pursues this inspirational work pouring into youth football players,” said Scott Ramsey, president and CEO of the Music City Bowl. “Latham’s dedication to strength and excellence on and off the field aligns perfectly with the Youth Football Program’s work in the community, and we are thrilled to kick off this partnership together.”
Latham was selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft with the seventh overall pick. A standout at the University of Alabama, Latham played in 41 games with 27 consecutive starts at right tackle for Alabama over three seasons (2021-23). His college career saw him as a key player in Alabama’s offense, including selection as a second-team All-American and first-team All-SEC his junior season. Latham quickly became a mainstay as the Titans’ starting left tackle during his first-year NFL campaign, becoming the fourth Titans rookie offensive lineman since 1999 to start every game. The offensive lineman delivers elite power on the field, using his physicality and foot speed to dictate the tone of the play.

“I am honored to serve as this year’s Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl Youth Football Program Ambassador,” said JC Latham, Tennessee Titans offensive tackle. “Youth football played such a crucial role in my journey, helping shape me not only as a football player but also as a person. I’m excited for the opportunity to give back to the game that has given me so much and to pour my energy and passion into inspiring and supporting the next generation of student-athletes.”
Through this initiative, local youth leagues will receive thousands of dollars in donations to support the purchase and repair of equipment, the provision of new uniforms, facility maintenance, the coverage of game official costs and the launch of new programs. In addition to financial support, each league receives an official Bowl helmet sticker, and championship-winning teams are awarded free tickets for every coach and player to attend the Music City Bowl. Every participant is also given a high-quality mouthguard, generously donated by Delta Dental of Tennessee. Together, the Bowl and Delta Dental of Tennessee have distributed over 750,000mouthguards statewide, promoting player safety and confidence.

"Through our longstanding partnership with the Music City Bowl, Delta Dental of Tennessee is helping young athletes play safely and protect their smiles," said Jeff Ballard, president and CEO of Delta Dental. "The Music City Bowl's Youth Football Program gives kids across Tennessee a chance to learn and love the game. We're excited to support that mission alongside this year's ambassador, Titans star JC Latham, as we help more kids enjoy the game safely."
This year, the program is supporting over 20,000 participants across 19 active leagues, totaling 407 youth teams and including an estimated $40,000 in donations and 25,000 mouthguards.
