FREE NCAA FOOTBALL YOUTH CLINIC SATURDAY JULY 21


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 3, 2012) – Youth football players ages 6-14 from the Nashville area and surrounding region are invited to learn football skills from college coaches at a FREE NCAA Football Youth Clinic at Father Ryan High School’s football field. The clinic will be held Saturday July 21, from 9 –11:30 a.m., with registration that morning from 8 – 9 a.m. Chick-Fil-A will cater lunch immediately following the clinic.  

The FREE clinic on football skills and drills training will allow participants to meet and train with NCAA coaches from area universities.  The participants will run offensive, defensive and agility drills, learn proper techniques for on-field football safety and about the importance of character development and good sportsmanship. The clinic is designed to teach young kids the fundamentals of the game, while also providing college level instruction for the more advanced children and older age groups.

Each participant will receive a FREE official clinic t-shirt while supplies last. Clinic attire is comfortable athletic apparel and tennis shoes. Cleats, pads, and other equipment are not permitted.
