Parking lots at Nissan Stadium will open at 9:00 a.m. CST on game day. Gates will open to fans at 1:30 p.m. CST.
How do I get tickets?
Tickets are still available! To purchase your tickets click here. Want to experience the Bowl VIP style? Check out one of our VIP Packages available. Gain access to exclusive events during Bowl Week.
What side are the teams on?
The ACC/Big 10 team will be seated on the west side of the stadium and the SEC will be on the east.
What if I lose my ticket?
If you purchased a ticket directly through Ticketmaster or the bowl office we can assist in replacing a lost list. if a ticket was purchased from another source we will be unable to assist. We can assist by contacting our office (615) 743-3130.
If you purchased through the schools office, please contact your school directly or visit the school at gates 8& 9 on game day.
Can I get a refund on tickets?
All ticket sales are final.
Please note: Parking passes will not be available for purchase on game day. A parking pass is required to park at the stadium on game day. No cash lots will be available. Other parking options are available downtown. Please see the link below for a complete list,
Nissan Stadium Parking Lots
Parking lots will open at 8:30a.m. CST on gameday.
RV parking is $55 plus fees and can be purchased through the Bowl office by calling (615) 743-3130
No parking passes will be sold on Game Day.
You will not be allowed to pay cash at the stadium parking lots on Game Day.

Game Day Shuttle Information
Gray Line of Nashville is providing roundtrip shuttle service to the Bowl with two separate types of transportation:
Official Music City Bowl Shuttle
Two points of pickup:
• Convention Center/Renaissance Hotel - 611 Commerce Street (downtown)
• Greer Stadium - 534 Chestnut Street (south of downtown)
If you have questions about the shuttle service, call 615.883.5555.
Additional shuttle service information will be available at a later date.
Gray Line Hotel and Campground Shuttle
This transportation is from the hotel and Campgrounds in the immediate Nashville area. This does not include outlying areas such as Brentwood, Goodlettsville, Harding Place, etc. Guests can drive to Casino Depot from outlying hotels for this service.
